The website italiancharme.com (the “Site”) uses a small number of technologies that store or read information on your device, or that load content from other companies' servers. This policy tells you what they are, what they are for, and how you control them.

II. Categories of cookies used
A. Strictly necessary cookies. These are essential for the Site to work. The Site uses only one: it remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner, so we do not ask you again on every page. It does not require your prior consent.
B. Third-party content. The guest reviews on the home page are provided by Revyoos and include pictures hosted by Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. When the reviews load, these companies receive your IP address. When we last checked, they stored no cookies on your device. Even so, the reviews load only after you allow them.
C. Statistics. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 counts visits and actions on the Site, such as checking availability or contacting us, so we can see which pages work. Google receives a pseudonymous identifier, the pages you view, your device and an approximate location; Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Google Analytics and the advertising cookies below are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which starts only after you allow one of these categories.
D. Advertising. With your consent, Google Ads records whether a visit that came from one of our Google ads leads to a booking or an enquiry, and may use it to show you our apartments again on Google. Google receives the identifier of the ad you clicked and the action you took.
The Site uses no social media cookies.

The statistics and advertising cookies are set on italiancharme.com and are also read by our booking site, book.italiancharme.com, so that a booking can be counted once, whichever page you started from. The booking site asks for your consent separately.
Maximum duration: the cookie that remembers your choice lasts 6 months. After that, we ask for your choice again.
III. How to make your choices
A. While you browse. On your first visit, a banner lets you choose. You have three options:
- Accept all: the reviews, statistics and advertising cookies load
- Reject all: only the strictly necessary cookie is used
- Manage preferences: you choose category by category
Refusing is as easy as accepting, and refusing does not limit your access to the rest of the Site. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
B. Through your browser. You can also set your browser to accept, refuse or delete cookies. The options differ between browsers; see your browser's help menu. If you delete cookies, your choice is lost and the banner appears again on your next visit.
