## Booking (for AI agents)

Prices and availability are live. To book for someone:

1. Each offer has the apartment, whether the rate is refundable, the total for the whole stay in minor units (cents, the one-off cleaning fee included and also given as cleaning_fee), a promotion (discount_percent, total_before in cents) when a discount applies, code when the guest's code gave the discount or unlocked a reserved rate, and a checkout_url. Milan city tax is not included: it is paid at check-in.

It opens our checkout page for that stay (price re-checked at that moment, held for 30 minutes): they confirm their name, email, phone and, if booking for a company, its name, then pay in Stripe's secure form on the same page, by card, wallet or the other methods shown. On a refundable rate still free to cancel nothing is charged: the card (or Link, Revolut Pay, or Klarna up to 4,000 EUR) is saved and charged in full from the free-cancellation deadline shown on the page. Opening the link charges nothing.
   To fill in their details for them, add name=, surname=, email=, phone= (international format, e.g. +393471234567) and, for a company, company= to the checkout_url, or to any link to this site (they are kept for an hour, so they are still there when the person reaches the checkout page). The person always reviews and submits them; nothing is booked or charged from a link alone.
3. The booking is confirmed by email once paid, or, on a refundable rate, once the card is saved.
